Ed Kavalee and The Biggest Loser’s Tiffiny Hall sell renovated three-bedroom Melbourne home for $1.5m

Television power couple Ed Kavalee and Tiffiny Hall have sold their home in Melbourne. 

The Moonee Ponds property, a single-fronted weatherboard house, sold for $1.5m before to its planned September 9 auction over the weekend. 

Rendina Real Estate Kensington’s Lou Rendina refrained from commenting on the property’s price or the vendors, but public documents unequivocally identify Kavalee and Hall as the owners.

Mr. Rendina provided a description of the house, stating, ‘It’s a beautiful home, renovated with three bedrooms.’

With hardwood floors and high ceilings, the lower level’s primary bedroom boasts an ensuite and built-in wardrobes.

The open-plan living and dining area features a wood fireplace, while the kitchen is equipped with a central island bench.

Additional attractions include a balcony, laundry, storage spaces, and a cellar.

The couple perhaps want more space for their growing family since announcing their second child Vada in 2022.

The former Biggest Loser trainer shared the exciting news to Instagram last year in May, alongside a black and white picture of her newborn daughter lovingly gripping her finger in hospital.

‘Welcome Vada Kavalee,’ Tiff captioned the image, before adding, ‘30.5.2022’.

The celebrity trainer’s post was soon inundated with celebrity well-wishes, kicked off by Australian supermodel Megan Gale.

‘Beautiful news. Congrats guys,’ wrote the former Project Runway Australia host.

‘Oh how wonderful!!!!!!!!’ Congratulations!!!’ added The Living Room’s Amanda Keller.

Tiffiny and Ed are also parents to four-year-old son Arnold.
