Describing a plethora of emotions, the 35-year-old jotted down the experience in a reflective post to Instagram.

‘Still cannot believe I was part of this team! Sydney to Hobart winners and a World Record to boot…
‘Plus the millions raised for sick children along the way! Forever grateful!’ she wrote.

In one photo, Erin was pictured wearing a white jumpsuit while drinking from a wine bottle.
In another, she was huddled with her team as the group waved their arms up in joy after the win.
It comes after the smitten mother shared a sweet black-and-white photograph of herself cuddling up to her six-month-old daughter, Eliza.
