Investigators claim that on June 21, White mailed a postcard to Yeomans that solicited the killing of Lionel Florez.

Florez is a 21-year-old inmate who has been held in the Pasco lockup since his May arrest for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

White wanted him killed to ‘avenge the death’ of his son, who was killed ‘at the hands of’ Florez’s brother, an affidavit obtained by thesmokinggun.com states.

White is housed separately from Florez, but Yeomans is apparently housed near the younger prisoner, the website reported.

Jail officials caught White’s threat because they monitor mail and phone calls, according to Pasco sheriff’s spokesman Kevin Doll.

The three men remain in jail. Deputies have placed Florez under special attention and separated him from jail’s general population, Doll said.

White reportedly admitted to sending the postcard and wanting Florez dead.He added that if ‘he was housed’ with Florez, he would have carried out the deed himself.

White has been charged with soliciting Florez’s murder. The felony count was added to his current roster of charges, which includes meth trafficking, grand theft, and violating probation.
