A billionaire Miami property developer thought to be romancing Gisele Bundchen is in fact engaged to another woman, it has emerged.
Jeffrey Soffer, 55, was believed to be growing close to the Brazilian supermodel – who he knew via a friendship with her ex-husband, Tom Brady.
Yet it now emerges Soffer is engaged to Colleen Schiff, and has been since at least November 2021, when she was referred to as his fiancee at a Las Vegas event.
Soffer is believed to have been in a relationship with another woman for several years before then.
‘He’s been in a serious relationship for seven years and is currently engaged,’ a source told The New York Post.
Schiff is the widow of Miami real estate tycoon Steven Schiff, who died in 2017 aged 57. The pair had two children, Kylie and Neil.
Soffer was previously married to Elle Macpherson, with the pair divorcing in 2017 after four years. He has also been linked to Gwyneth Paltrow – although she insisted they were just friends – and model Molly Sims.

Bundchen, 42, denied any relationship with Soffer. ‘I have zero relationship with him in any way,’ she told Vanity Fair. ‘He’s Tom’s friend, not my friend.’
She added: ‘I wouldn’t be with this guy. I mean, puh-leeze. They were saying I’m with this guy, he’s old, because he’s got money – it’s ridiculous.’
Soffer is worth an estimated $2.2 billion, while the model is worth $400 million.
Developer and hotelier Soffer, 55, was married to Australian supermodel and actress Elle Macpherson, 58, until their divorce in 2017. The pair married in Fiji in 2013

The friends were also pictured courtside together enjoying a WNBA game along with sports broadcaster Jim Gray and Brady’s sister, Julie, in Las Vegas, Nevada, last May

Brady and Soffer, who have been friends for several years, were spotted together in January when the football star was photographed spending quality time with daughter Vivian.
They were seen later that day hanging out in Miami with mutual pal David Beckham and his children for a night of pizza-making at Miami Slice.
In May 2021, the two friends were pictured courtside together enjoying an NBA game along with sports broadcaster Jim Gray and Brady’s sister, Julie, in Las Vegas.
And when Brady was looking for a plot of land on which to build his ‘forever home’ with Bundchen back in 2020, he plumped for a property right next door to friend Soffer’s capacious Miami mansion.
Cementing their bond further, when Brady and Bundchen paid $17million for the lot at 26 Indian Creek Island Road – an enclave known as ‘Billionaire Bunker’ – records show that they did so via an LLC managed by executives at Soffer’s company, Fontainebleau Development.
Brady and Bundchen tore down the existing 5,772 square-foot-home on the site and set about building a state-of-the-art eco mansion in its place.

The plans encompass three buildings – a main house, security lodge and a gym – and include a pickleball court, yoga terrace, solar panels, cabana, outdoor kitchen and organic garden.
He has retained the site.
Bundchen, meanwhile, in October paid $11.5million for a waterfront home on Biscaya Drive, Surfside – directly across the waterway from both Brady.
Her 6,600 square foot house, built in 1981, sits on 0.4 acres and is most likely a teardown but boasts 92 feet of waterfront.
She also paid $1.3million for a small, non-waterfront property in February last year, several months before she and Brady announced their divorce.

Not too long after their quickie divorce, rumors began to swirl that Bundchen had moved on with Brazilian-born Joaquim Valente, after she was spotted spending time with him and her two children in Costa Rica in December.
Sources close to the model have furiously denied that she is dating her jiu-jitsu instructor, insisting Valente is nothing more than a close family friend.
Bundchen seemed to allude to the rumors in a cryptic caption of a stunning selfie she posted on Instagram.
‘Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth,’ she stated.
Brady and Bundchen finalized their divorce on October 28, calling time on their marriage with a gracious public announcement shared on social media.

Sources say the mother-of-two has been ‘happy and doing really well’ since the split, but was ‘focused on her kids, her health and work.’
Last week Gisele shed her good girl image for a racy new ad campaign, with the Brazilian-born bombshell performing on a pole.
She worked the stripper pole in a new advertisement for Italian footwear brand Arezzo, wearing a tiny black leotard with a thong back which flashed her toned bottom.
She was also Vogue Italia’s March cover story, which the magazine debuted along with five striking inside images captured by Brazilian photographer Rafael Pavarotti.
