Jake wore smart chino shorts in the snap – which was taken during one of the many legs of their honeymoon which saw them travel to Bali, Paris and the Maldives.
He captioned it with the sentimental message: ‘Love doing life with you.’
The couple had already been together for eight years when the wed in a small ceremony in a luxury resort, having been engaged for 18 months after Jake proposed in New Zealand.
