Jeremiah married Hannah in March of 2022, making him the 11th Duggar child to tie the knot.

Jeremiah and Hannah said ‘I do,’ five months after the pair revealed that they were courting.

It didn’t take long for Jeremiah to find a bride after his twin brother, Jedidiah, married Katey Nakatsu in April of last year.

Most of Jeremiah’s family appears to have been in attendance, including his sister Jinger and her husband Jeremy, who flew in from California — though noticeably absent was oldest brother Josh, who is in prison and awaiting sentencing for having child porn.

The newlyweds both shared the same wedding photo on Instagram, showing Jeremiah in a black suit and Hannah in a sparkly gown with long, sheer sleeves and a veil.

‘Mr & Mrs Jeremiah Duggar,’ wrote Hannah, while Jeremiah wrote the date.

Jeremiah’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle, also posted on Instagram. They wrote: ‘We were so happy to celebrate with Jeremiah and Hannah at their beautiful wedding yesterday! Congratulations on this exciting new chapter in your lives as husband and wife!’

Other photos from the special day showed Hannah getting ready with her bridesmaids, with Bringing Up Bates star Josie (Bates) Balka doing hair and makeup for the bridal party.

The nuptials were held at Lilac Hill in Nebraska.

Meanwhile, video shows Jeremiah being embraced by his groomsmen, who included his twin and three of his other brothers.

In the couple’s wedding video, Hannah’s father can be seen walking her down the aisle, before telling Jeremiah that he ‘surrenders’ her to be his wife.

‘I always have enjoyed marriages, and then they started involving my daughters and it became a lot harder,’ he said.

After a singing performance by Jeremiah’s brother Jason, a pastor spoke about how their marriage was different because of their shared commitment to Christ.

God certainly played a role in their vows, which they wrote themselves.

‘In the presence of God, family, and friends, I, Jeremiah Robert, take you, Hannah Marlys, to be my wife. By God’s grace, I promise to cherish, protect, and provide for you from this day forward,’ Jeremiah said.

‘I will earnestly seek God and will lead and treasure and guide you, persuing to glorify Him with our lives. For better, for worse. For richer, for poorer. In sickness, and in health. In joys, and in sorrows.

‘Hannah, I love you with all of my heart, gladly forsaking all others. I vow to be faithful to you as long as we both shall live.

Hannah’s vows were nearly identical except instead of promsing to ‘cherish, protect, and provide for you,’ she promised to ‘cherish, support, and respect you.’

Instead of promising to ‘lead and treasure and guide you,’ she promised to ‘follow, honor, and submit to you.’

They also shared a kiss upon being pronounced husband and wife. Many of Jeremiah’s siblings shared their first kiss on their wedding day, though Jeremiah and Hannah have not said whether they waited.

Like Jeremiah, Hannah was raised in a conservative Christian family, the ninth of 13 children.

The Wissmann family also has their own musical group, and on the family website, Hannah is described as an ‘energetic, social butterfly.’

‘Hannah is a skilled and creative young woman. She loves spending time in the kitchen — trying new recipes and creating culinary masterpieces,’ reads her bio.

‘Our home also greatly benefits from her interest in interior design and seasonal decor. She is one of our lead vocalists and skillfully adds her fiddle to our musical selections.

Jeremiah had announced that he was courting Hannah in late October.

‘Never been so happy. Never felt so blessed!!’ he wrote, posting a series of photos with Hannah in which they hold hands and side-hug.

The Duggars follow very strict rules governing male-female interactions. In addition to saving their first kiss for their wedding day, Duggars generally refrain from physical contact any more intimate than a short side-hug before marriage. Some engaged couples agree to hold hands.

‘Getting to know each other has been one of the greatest joys of our lives! We are excited to start sharing our story with all of you and to see what God has in store for our future,’ he wrote, adding the hashtag #mygirlfriend.

Hannah posted the same images and caption with the hashtag #myboyfriend.

Fans of the Duggars have speculated that the couple had been dating for months. In the past, other Duggars have kept their courtships under wrap for some time, only revealing them to the public shortly before getting engaged.

One exception was when Josiah, then 19, announced that he was courting a young woman named Marjorie Jackson, then 18, back in 2015. The pair broke up after four months — during which time Josh’s first scandals made headlines.

They announced that they were engaged on January 6.

YES!!!! A thousand times, yes!!!’ Hannah wrote on Instagram. ‘Making memories with you is my favorite and I cannot wait to spend a lifetime making more. You are an answer to prayer, a dream come true, the love of my life and my very best friend. I love you, Jeremiah!’

And just a month ago, Hannah revealed that she’d celebrated her impending nuptials with an overnight bachelortte party and a bridal shower.

The shower was hosted by the Jeremiah’s mother and sisters, as well as his twin brother Jed’s wife, Katey.

Jed and Jeremiah had previously shared a single bedroom with a pair of twin beds in an apartment, until Jed married Katey last year

Jed, who ran a failed campaign for a seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives in 2020, told fans on Instagram that he and Katey had been dating for a year before the nuptials, adding that he is ‘the happiest man in the world’ and ‘so grateful God brought Katey into my life.’

The Duggars typically make much fanfare about announcing that they are ‘courting’ and engaged, publicizing their announcements on TLC — even if they wait several months to do so.

But Jed took a more private route, keeping mum about his relationship on his wedding day.

On April 3, he share a photo of himself in a blue suit, posing nose-to-nose with his new bride.

‘For a long time I have prayed for my future spouse, not knowing who that person would be. God answered my prayers far beyond what I could have ever imagined in Katey!’ he wrote.

‘We have enjoyed quietly developing our relationship over the past year and every moment together has been amazing!

‘I’m so grateful God brought Katey into my life and excited to share with you all that today she became my wife! Katey, the thought of sharing the rest of my life with you makes me the happiest man in the world! I love you so much!!’ he concluded.

Part of the ceremony was broadcast live on YouTube, capturing the moment Katey came down the aisle and the vows that the pair recited to one another.

Jed cited the bible, saying that the husband is ‘the head of the wife’ while promising to remain faithful, listen to Katey’s needs, and love her whether she is ‘healthy or sick, rich or poor, young or old.’

Katey, meanwhile, quoted Ephesians 5:22: ‘Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.’

She promised to ‘submit to your authority as you do to Christ,’ ‘submit to your leadership, pray for you always, trust you, honor you remain faithful to you, be your greatest encourager.’

Katey is now pregnant with their first child, who is due this spring.
