The singer, 34, and the sports presenter, 39, were seen sharing a kiss last week after months of romance rumours.
Heading out this week, the couple wrapped up warm in matching all-black outfits, with chunky leather boots.
Jess added a cropped, padded jacket and a pair of sunglasses to complete her casual look.
Alex wore a thick, Nike fleece with cargo trousers, putting her hood up to in a bid to keep out the cold.

The Hold My Hand singer and sports pundit Alex, 39, finally confirmed their romance as they were seen sharing a passionate kiss last week.
Their cosy outing comes after they have been attending many of the same events and spending time together in recent weeks amid reports of their secret romance.
On Tuesday, they both attended the Haunted House of Friends Halloween party presented by Casamigos Tequila in London.
While they chose to pose separately at the bash, they headed home in a taxi together with friends.
The source said: ‘They were walking around holding hands for everyone to see. They partied with a group of friends. They looked very happy to be there.’
Last month, they were spotted sitting next to each other at the Attitude Awards 2023 at The Roundhouse in Camden, London.
Onlookers spotted the rumoured couple arriving at the event in the same car but they made a conscious effort to exit the vehicle separately.
They also took to the red carpet separately and each posed alone in their racy lace ensembles, before heading inside to the LGBTQ+ awards ceremony.

However later on in the evening, the pair were spotted sitting next to each other as they chatted with other guests, including Ashley Roberts.
On Jess and Alex’s relationship, a friend told The Sun: ‘Alex and Jess have been a slow burn and they didn’t want to rush things or go public too soon.
‘But they’re officially an item now and seem really happy. They are both strong, independent women with a shared passion and respect of their respective careers, supporting one another from the sidelines.
‘It’s still early days for them, but they’ve met one another’s mates and everyone is super happy for them.’
