Jett Kenny shows off fit physique during the IronMan series at Bondi Beach

He lives a life of fitness as an IronMan, lifeguard and former contestant on SAS Australia.

And Jett Kenny proved how his hard work has paid off as he showed off his fit physique and washboard abs during the IronMan series at Bondi Beach in Sydney on Friday.

The 27-year-old was all smiles as he walked on the beach shirtless wearing nothing but his triathlon shorts and watch.

At one point, Jett carried a Charger Surf Craft kayak on the shoreline before putting it down and moving further up the beach.

He then stripped down to his speedos as he dried himself off with a towel.    

Kenny walked back along the shoreline with the towel hanging over his head as he went to change back into his normal apparel.

The lifeguard spotted a familiar face in the crowd during his walk as he took the towel off around his head and held it with his shorts.

Jett chatted with the unseen individual with his slim body and abs on full display. 

He then chucked on a yellow tee, shorts and a bucket hat and observed the other competitors and beachgoers.

Kenny was recently accused of using Photoshop to make his chest look bigger in Instagram photos.

In December, the SAS Australia star shared a picture last year of himself looking particularly muscular in Speedos at a beachside athletics event. 

The photo appears to have been taken at the Hayden Kenny Classic, which is an annual competition for surf lifesavers.

‘Thicc boi,’ the 27-year-old captioned the image. 

A number of Jett’s followers accused him of using photo-editing tricks to make his chest look bigger.  

‘We can all photoshop…’ one skeptical fan commented.

‘Photoshop,’ another added.
