The movie star, 50, and his 29-year-old wife – the former Miss World America – announced the news via their Instagram pages, with an image of her sonogram.
She captioned it: ‘Baby Duhamel coming soon,’ adding a white heart.
She was holding up the images with her hand in the announcement post.
Josh has a 10-year-old son named Axel with ex-wife Fergie.
