Lana Del Rey channels Marilyn Monroe in Rio as she plays first live solo set in over THREE YEARS

Lana Del Rey switched up her look in a blonde wig as she performed on Saturday during the Mita Festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The 37-year-old singer – whose father just released his debut album – oozed sex appeal in a classic black button-up top and skirt as she channeled another blonde bombshell who once took Hollywood by storm: Marilyn Monroe.

Saturday night’s performance marked her first live solo set in over three years – since her concert in Abu Dhabi on November 30, 2019.

She made her grand return to the stage last month when she surprised the audience at Charleston’s High Water Fest to perform with her longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff and his band the Bleachers.

However her gig at the Mita Festival was the first set Lana performed solo since the COVID-19 lockdowns swept the world and snuffed out her last tour.

Adorned from head to toe in thoughtfully curated luxurious accessories, Lana wore gold earrings, multiple belts, bracelets, and fuzzy heels.

She chose glamorous makeup with smokey eyes, sculpted brows, and matte pink pouty lips.

The star worked with multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and record producer Jack Antonoff on her ninth studio album, Did You Know There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, released in March.

Antonoff, 38, plays in a band called Steel Train with Lana’s rumored new fiancée, talent agency managing partner and musician, Evan Winiker, according to Billboard.

Lana’s relationship with Winiker allegedly began a few months ago, and she debuted a beautiful diamond sparkler on March 1 when she attended the Billboard Women in Music Awards.

The Young And Beautiful singer has kept her relationship with Winiker, 40, incredibly private. The pair have only been seen a handful of times.

The Grammy-nominated singer’s future husband is the managing partner of Range Media, managing a stable of talent that includes Disco Biscuits, MAX, and Daya.

The beauty is set to command the stage this year during England’s Glastonbury Festival, which will occur from June 21 until June 25.

During a recent interview with BBC Radio 1, per Yahoo News, the star expressed her excitement to return to the stage since her 2014 performance.

‘I’ve been excited to tell people. I wanted to tell people because as we started to announce some festivals… it’s unfathomable to me to headline the second stage of Glastonbury,’ she gushed.

The singer revealed, ‘They had asked me to play Glastonbury the last three years, but we just weren’t ready. I didn’t want to say yes before we had a big band.’

In October 2022, she revealed that she had been working on new music, but thieves broke into her car and stole her backpack, laptop, hard drives, and three camcorders.

This gave the criminals access to unfinished songs, a 200-page manuscript of her upcoming poetry book, and two years’ worth of family video footage.

Despite much acclaim, Del Rey has been nominated six times for a Grammy Award but has yet to take one home.

The star achieved critical and commercial success with her second album, Born to Die, in 2012, after she uploaded self-made music videos of her songs, Video Games and Blue Jeans, on YouTube.
