Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff has opened up about the struggles she’s facing during her first pregnancy.
The reality TV star shared an emotional video to Instagram on Wednesday, explaining she is feeling ‘exhausted’ and ‘like a failure’.
‘I guess this is the reality of pregnancy as well that I had to call in sick to work and it’s like I’m just that exhausted,’ she said as she broke down in tears.
‘It’s just such an exciting time. It’s just really exhausting and I’m tired.’
‘You start feeling like a bit of a failure but I thought like this is a good thing to put on social media, the reality of a lot of stuff.’

She explained to fans she wanted to share the video to ‘showcase some of the not so glamorous moments of her journey.’
‘I know these feelings pass but I think it’s cool to show these moments as well. All feelings are validated, this is just an honest moment when I was in the moment,’ she said.
Lizzie’s post comes almost one month after she confirmed rumours she’s expecting to welcome her first child with husband Alexander Vega.

‘Looking at some of these comments in the last few posts I’ve done. Always so much focus on a woman’s body (I’ve had more than my fair share). I’m navigating my body right now, so many changes, especially internally (I’ve been pretty sick),’ she began.
‘I also understand so many people are excited. So am I!!!! It’s an exciting time in our (my partner) lives right now.’
She continued: ‘I’ll talk about my experience with it in the future. Mama bear is just nesting right now.’

Lizzie married her longtime boyfriend Alexander in January.
