A man has been spotted taking his pet crocodile for a walk through the streets of Melbourne.
Bystanders were shocked when they saw the bald man walking the crocodile on a chain on Friday morning.

The man then appears to pick up the animal so the pair can safely cross the road together.
Pictures of the moment were uploaded to Brown Cardigan’s social media accounts on Friday.
The images were uploaded with the caption: ‘Mate, I reckon that croc needs to warm up a bit first before it walks hey.
‘Melbourne streets probably not the most encouraging.’
Not surprisingly, the pictures attracted a number of comments.
‘Imagine rocking up to a dog park with him,’ wrote one Facebook user.
‘I’d name him Snap,’ said another.
