Married At First Sight villain Sam Ball has changed a lot since his days on the reality show. 

The former television star shared his first selfie since January on Friday, posting his new look to Instagram. 

The 29-year-old tucked into some tacos in the social media image, showing off his buff frame in a lavender T-shirt.

It comes after Sam stunned fans on Monday when he debuted his jaw-dropping new look.

He shared a post-workout selfie on Instagram showcasing his muscular physique, six-pack abs and bulging biceps.

The army recruit also sported a bushy beard and eye-catching tattoos in the photo.

The snap, which was taken in a gym locker room, shows how much the divisive MAFS star has changed since he appeared on the Channel Nine series in 2019.

But he still has the same cocky grin he had three years ago.

Last year, Sam revealed his pride at being accepted into the Royal Australian Regiment.

Posing in his army greens, he shared a lengthy Instagram post about his journey into the military and expressed how proud he was to be Australian.

‘Every time I put on this uniform I can’t help but be proud of who I am and what it represents to me,’ he wrote.

Sam graduated from the Kapooka Army Recruit Training program in Canberra.

He received the Most Outstanding Soldier award upon completing the course, according to a post on the Army Recruit Training Centre – Kapooka Facebook page.
