Seb looked every inch the gym beefcake in the snaps which capture him flexing for the camera to showcase his six-pack abs and bulging biceps.
His throbbing muscles, toned arms and rock-hard stomach are proof of the hours he has spent bulking up ahead of competing at a body building competition in Sydney.

‘Just over 4 months till International Fitness and Body Building Pro League in Sydney. I’ve been building up my weaker areas – predominately back and posing,’ he began.
‘Progress breeds progress… when all faculties are in order (diet, sleep, spiritual well-being) training follows suit. Continued work on my mental health, discipline and routine will allow me to bring a more refined package to stage in October.’
