Married woman admits to cheating with a tradesman when he came to lay her floorboards – but not everyone think she’s in the wrong

A married mother has sparked fierce debate after confessing to cheating with a tradie on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

During the Am I Going to Hell? segment, the 28-year-old woman named Josie told hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson she slept with a tradesman who came to lay her floorboards because the intimacy in her marriage was non-existent.

Josie admitted the cheating was not one off, as she was continuing to see the tradie to fulfil the sexual needs she is not getting from her husband, going as far as hiring a babysitter so she could leave the house to cheat outside the house.

When the radio hosts opened the lines up to callers to offer advice, she received plenty of fiery condemnation, but some support too.

Rick from Cronulla called in to angrily express he was ‘sick of the sob story’ and that Josie was ‘going straight to hell, you pathetic little thing, you just had a newborn baby! And you’re f***ing the tradie your husband’s paying for? Are you serious?!’

Meanwhile, Denise noted Joise had been carrying a baby for nine months and just wanted a little bit of affection.

‘She’s been giving giving of her body. Then she’s been feeding for months… she just wants a bit of affection. Go and stand outside any brothel in the next 24 hours and ask any guy going in there how’s their wife.’

‘That would ruin the vibe, wouldn’t it?’ Kyle quipped, but Denise pushed on with her defence of the cheating woman.

‘I feel so sorry for Josie because she just wants a hug. She needs to leave her husband and get a place on her own. Something is going on with this man that he is not being able to be affectionate towards her.’

Denise continued her rant: ‘Women are more condemned. You heard that first caller, it was disgusting the way he spoke to her.’

After Denise advised Josie to confront her husband and tell him the truth before leaving him, the next caller Kenny added: ‘You’re going straight to hell, love. I’m sorry to say… you think you’re getting a free pass because you had a baby 18 months ago.’

Kenny then launched into a hypothetical about the ‘shoe being on the other foot.’

He asked Josie to consider what would happen if her husband became unattractive to her and she stopped ‘jumping his bones,’ and whether him visiting a brothel would be acceptable to her.

‘I would have had the talk with him,’ Josie replied, to which Kenny said ‘well, why are you on the radio getting advice, why don’t you talk to your husband and tell him?’

‘If the shoe was on the other foot, he would be painted as the devil,’ Kenny declared.

Kyle and Jackie O agreed before moving onto their next caller Mish, who opened with ‘It’s actually really disgusting what you’re doing.’

‘I’ve been in your position before as well, I’ve been through a very, very, very hard time with my partner where I’ve had times where I’ve wanted to do the same thing. But I’ve said to myself “I’m going to strive to make it work and make it better regardless of how shit it is.”‘

However, Nicole from Parramatta came at the ‘drama queens’.

‘Oh my God, you are so not going to hell. My niece and her husband were going through a similar situation. He didn’t have sex with her for two years.

‘We just said to her “go and have sex with somebody else, if he’s not going to give it to you, get your feel good from somebody else”. You’re not doing the wrong thing, you’ve got feelings too. You need them met. Go and get out there and get what you got to get.’

Kyle then pondered the range of the responses.

‘Isn’t society a weird place? The same question and so many different people have so many different opinions,’ the radio host said, before wrapping up the segment.
