Matthew Perry slashes the price of his Batman-inspired ‘Mansion in the Sky’ LA penthouse apartment

Matthew Perry has been trying to sell his lush Los Angeles, California penthouse for close to a year, and now he’s lowered the asking price by $8 million.

The Friends star, 50, is selling his almost 9,300-square-foot condo on the 40th floor of The Century, an uber-upscale luxury high-rise apartment building that is adjacent to ritzy Beverly Hills.

Originally placed on the market in August 2019 at an asking price of $35 million – at the time the most expensive condominium listed in LA, Page Six reported – the sale page for the property now pegs it at ‘just’ $27M… signifying a hefty reduction in price.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Perry made the decision to sell the apartment due to the fact that the actor is now primarily based in his properties in Malibu and New York City.

And regardless of when he makes a sale, Matthew has little to worry about in terms of finances.

He is set to appear in the much-hyped Friends reunion for HBO Max next month, which is reportedly earning each of the six beloved actors somewhere in the vicinity of $2.5 million.
