Millie Mackintosh admits she has had lip fillers for the first time

Millie Mackintosh has admitted that she has had lip fillers for the first time, as she opened up for the first time about having ‘injectables’ in a Q&A on Instagram.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 33, said she wanted to be ‘totally transparent’ and revealed she does have work done ‘every couple of months’.

Millie detailed how she gets lip fillers ‘to even out an imbalance as her top lip is thinner than the bottom’ but did not reveal the other treatments she has done.

Speaking to her 1.2million followers she said: ‘I haven’t admitted this before but I do get a couple of tweakments.

‘Just to be totally transparent, I’m not going to say what exactly they are, but yes since hitting my 30s I do get some injectables every couple of months.’

Alongside a stunning selfie showcasing her plumped pout, Millie added: ‘I last saw @doctor.bibi for lip filler over a year ago.

‘Her work is very natural and I really trust her. She only used a tiny amount to even out an imbalance as my top lip is thinner than the bottom.

‘This is a really personal choice and I am not suggesting that anyone else needs to or should use fillers to feel good about themselves.

‘If you do decide to do it then I think it’s really important to do your research and not take the decision lightly. I get asked about it every time I do a q&a and wanted to be transparent.’

The reality star also put her amazing skin down to ‘not drinking and changing the way she eats’.

Millie revealed she has also ‘cut out refined sugars, dairy and gluten’ and seen a big difference.

Speaking to the camera, the beauty styled her long locks poker straight and kept casual in a white ribbed long sleeved top.

She said: ‘I’m getting so many lovely comment about my skin, thank you. Firstly I would say no drinking and changing the way that I eat has made a big difference.

It comes after Millie addressed the prospect of having more children, noting that if she did, it wouldn’t be ‘anytime soon’.

Millie is married to fellow former Made In Chelsea star Hugo Taylor and the couple are parents to daughters Sienna, two, and Aurelia, 16 months.

She told followers: ‘I think it’s very unlikely. If I do it won’t be anytime soon! I love having two girls and worry I would be too stretched with one more in the mix.’

The Q&A comes after Millie underwent laser tattoo removal to treat three inkings and gave her followers an insight into the process.

The reality star could be seen sporting reflective sunglasses as she took a seat in the clinic, NAAMA Studios in London.

Sharing a clip to her Instagram Story, Millie explained it ‘felt like a tiny nettle sting’ as the technician removed a Butterfly on her lower back, three stars from her shoulder and another tattoo.

Speaking to the camera she detailed: ‘Okay, so it’s like a tiny sting I can just feel the sensation of the cold air, which is just uncomfortable.

‘Then I can feel the tingle through that, like a nettle sting. But it goes away really quickly.’

Millie later added: ‘Because my tattoos are small it was possible to treat all three areas in one session.

‘It was no more painful than laser hair removal and I can go back from my next session in two weeks time. I will keep you posted on the results.’
