National Television Awards 2024 WINNERS: Stacey Solomon is supported by her son Zach as her BBC show wins the first gong of the night

Stacey Solomon was the first big winner of the night as the 2024 National Television Awards kicked off at London’s O2 Arena on Wednesday night.

The presenter, 34, was supported by her son Zach, 18, and her sister Jemma as she took to the stage to collect the Factual Entertainment prize for Sort Your Life Out.

Struggling to contain her excitement, Stacey gushed: ‘It’s the hardest show ever to make and they work so so hard. My amazing co-presenters.

‘I’m so grateful I get to do a show like this, I want to thank the families who let us into their homes. If it wasn’t for the families, who opened their hearts to us, there wouldn’t be no Sort Your Life Out.’

Stacey finished her speech by thanking her husband Joe Swash, and her five children.
