NBA insider Shams Charania was left sweating after he momentarily had his cell phone taken away from him.

During Thursday’s episode of the ‘Up & Adams Show’ on FanDuel TV, host Kay Adams stole The Athletics’ news breaker Charania’s phone.

Charania has been noted to spend over 17 hours a day on his phone in order to best assure his competitors do not beat him to any news.

During NBA free agency, he even went as far as to share a screenshot that showed he was averaging 19 hours of screen time a day.

After Adams snatched Charania’s phone from in front of him the camera switched to show the look of distress across his face as he was separated from the device.
