Peter and Emily already share two children, Amelia, 10, and Theo, six, and the singer is also a father to daughter Princess, 16, and son Junior, 18, who he shares with ex-wife, glamour model Katie Price, 45.
It comes after the couple, shared a heartwarming new snap of her bump last month, revealing her unborn baby is ‘kicking away like mad’.
Emily shared a sweet picture of herself and the Mysterious Girl singer snuggled up on the couch.
They had their hands laying on top of Emily’s growing stomach as she relaxed in a fluffy white night robe.
Giving a sweet insight into their family life, the medic captioned the Instagram post: ‘Baby kicking away like mad – always in the evenings! Defo a night owl.’
Peter and Emily announced their happy news on their Instagram pages in October, posting ultrasound photos as they gushed about the ‘new addition to our family in 2024’.
‘We are delighted to share the news with you all. A new addition to our family in 2024. The kids are so excited. So are we,’ the couple wrote, with their celebrity pals flooding their comments with well wishes.

Starting the conversation about how she and Peter get their own children to brush their teeth each morning and night, Emily said: ‘It’s just another thing on top of everything else – we do try and remind each other.
‘Within parents you’ve each got your strengths and you’ve got to work together and do your best – that’s all you can do isn’t it.’
Panel lead Charlene White congratulated Emily on her pregnancy, saying: ‘Huge congrats because soon you’re going to have another set of teeth to brush!’
