A one-year-old girl has tragically died after being hit by a car on her driveway after returning home from a family holiday.
Lilah Hall was killed on Sunday afternoon at a rural property in Ohaupo, near Hamilton, on New Zealand’s north island.
Her parents were taking suitcases out of their car when she was run over by another vehicle leaving the home.
Lilah’s devastated family are remembering her as a ‘beautiful soul’ who loved dancing.

‘She was the most beautiful soul… She absolutely loved music and to dance which my other kids never did,’ her mother Brittany Hall told Daily Mail Australia.
‘I cannot even begin to express the sadness and loss we are feeling. We are so amazed by the amount of love from everyone including so many people who have sent messages and donations who had never even met her or us.
‘We will be forever grateful for all the love and support we have received and continue to receive during the most painful time in our lives, Lilah will be so so dearly missed.
A Give A Little account has been set up for the Hall family to raise money for Lilah’s funeral, and to help them care for their three remaining children.
‘They need time to process the events and try to pick up the pieces with their other three young children in tow,’ the description read.
‘Lilah will be missed by so many and has left a huge gap in a lot of lives.’
More than $10,000 has already been donated to the crowd-funding page in just three days.
