Pip Edwards enjoys ‘hydrating’ intravenous vitamin therapy at her Sydney home

Drips at Pips! Michael Clarke’s P.E Nation designer girlfriend ditches ‘catch up drinks’ with friends in favour of ‘hydrating’ intravenous vitamin therapy at her Sydney home

Pip Edwards has always taken her self-care routine seriously.

And on Tuesday, she showed fans one of her favourite wellness activities – IV drips or intravenous therapy with vitamins.

The 41-year-old shared a photo of herself on the sofa at her Rose Bay home in Sydney, alongside her Pilates instructor friend Leah Simmons.

Ditching the drinks for drips: Pip Edwards proved she takes self-care seriously as she replaced ‘catch up drinks’ with a friend for vitamin IV drips at her home on Tuesday

IV drips are usually reserved for hospital patients to provide fluids, medicine or blood through a vein and directly into the blood stream, but in recent years it has become a way for vitamins to be administered to people feeling run down or tired.

Pip looked relaxed in her activewear ensemble and beamed during the session.

‘Drips at Pips lol,’ the P.E. Nation fashion designer wrote in the caption.

‘Replacing catch up drinks with hydrating vitamin drips hahaha,’ she added.

The blonde beauty has previously done IV drips when she feels ‘super run down’.

Last year, Pip shared a photo of herself at a Bondi clinic for a vitamin boost showing the IV bag filled with orange liquid.

‘Feeling super run down, it’s drip time again,’ she told her fans on Instagram Stories at the time.

She added, alongside a selfie: ‘One massive hit of all the A’s, B’s, C’s and D’s.’

In addition to the occasional vitamin IV drip, Pip regularly works out by doing Pilates or tennis sessions, and also maintains a strict beauty regimen.
