Police issue appeal after girl, 14, vanishes amid fears she may have travelled more than 100 miles from where she was last seen in Nottingham

  • Schoolgirl Olivia Sequeira, 14, was last seen in West Bridgford, Notts, yesterday
  • Police fear the teen described as 5ft4 with black hair may have travelled south 
  • Anyone with information is asked to contact police by calling 101 immediately

Police have launched an appeal to find a missing teenager who is feared to have travelled 100 miles from where she was last seen.

Olivia Sequeira, 14, was reported missing from the West Bridgford area of Nottingham on Monday.

Detectives are concerned the teenager – who has links to south London – may have travelled up to 140 miles away from where she was staying in Nottingham.

She was last spotted wearing a black Armani tracksuit with a white vest top and high top trainers.

Police said the schoolgirl is Asian and is described as being of slim build, 5ft4 in height with short, black hair. The teen also has her nose and ears pierced.  

A police spokesman said: ‘If you have seen Olivia or know where she might be, please call police on 101, quoting incident number 1006 of 30 July 2018.
