Police want to speak to a blonde woman after power tools were stolen from an apartment building.
The tools were taken from the basement of a unit block in Niddrie, north-west Melbourne on the night of December 3.
CCTV footage showed a blonde woman wearing high-vis rifling through mailboxes of the block that night.

Police said the culprit entered the apartment building after failing to break into two businesses on the street.
The thief then broke into three storage containers and stole power tools.
Police described the woman that they were looking to speak to as ‘Caucasian with a medium build with long blonde hair’.
Police said that power tools and mail were stolen from the apartment building on December 4
