Rita Ora reveals her underwear in a sheer dress during Sydney night out with husband Taika Waititi

She has been training hard in the gym since arriving Down Under to film The Voice Australia.

And Rita Ora showed off the fruits of her labour during a date night with her husband Taika Waititi at popular Greek restaurant Apollo in Potts Point, Sydney, on Monday evening.

The 32-year-old singer flaunted her super toned figure in a sexy sheer chocolate dress teamed with suede heels.

The see-through frock revealed Rita’s matching underwear underneath, and she kept warm from the evening chill by draping a coat over her shoulders. 

The Body On Me star had her long hair styled in bouncy curls and painted her plump pout with some high shine lip-gloss.

Meanwhile Taika, 47,  dressed a little bit more casually in black trousers, a white T-shirt worn underneath a colourful shirt and a denim jacket over the top.

The Thor director accessorised with colourful beaded necklaces and bracelets, as well as a collection of chunky rings.

Rita was beaming during the romantic outing, and the happy couple obliged when fans approached them on the street to sign some autographs.

Rita recently revealed what is was really like working with her famous director husband Taika on her latest film clip. 

Appearing on The Project on Monday, she discussed the film clip for her new song ‘Praising You’. 

Taika directed the funky clip with her saying the pair made a formidable collaborative team.  

‘It was like a creative discussion first and I said ”well can you do it?” and he said ”Ok cool” and it just was so natural and everything was super easy,’ she said. 

Rita explained the creative process was ‘easier’ with someone who she is so comfortable with on set. 

The couple dined at popular Greek restaurant Apollo in Potts Point 

Rita had earlier arrived at the eatery in a warm black wool coat, right 

Taika was ever the gentleman and opened the car for his ladylove after their meal 

Upon their arrival, Taika and Rita both signed autographs for fans 

‘It actually really helps when you are so comfortable with someone. You know to be yourself. And he pushes me and I get inspired by that,’ he said. 

Rita previously spoke about working alongside her husband on Heart FM in April.  

She admitted she had been warned off it, explaining: ‘Everyone said “don’t do it, don’t work with the ones you love, it never works out”, and I thought why not?’

Rita continued: ‘You know what, I really respect him, I really admire his creative contribution and we came up with a fun, not serious video, a bit like the original, just like a random dance party, that’s what this it.’

In the video, Rita arrives late for an open dance audition where she rushes to get changed before joining her fellow dancers on the floor.

Rita is in town to film the upcoming season of The Voice Australia

Giving herself a pep talk in the mirror, she says: ‘You want fame? Fame costs. Right here is where you start paying in sweat. I’m a professional, this is what I was born to do.’

She then gives her fellow dancers words of encouragement, saying: ‘Now focus, we have come a long way to get here.’

Rita and her dancers perform their routine in front of Fatboy Slim himself, who initially looks deeply unimpressed before coming around to their talents.

Rita confirmed in January that she and the Thor: Love and Thunder director had tied the knot together.

Speaking to Heart Radio Breakfast she confessed the nuptials were ‘perfect’ and a ‘special day’ for the pair.   

Rita said: ‘Yes [I am married]. I am officially off the market people. I chose to keep it more private and keep it to myself more but with my new video I am playing on what could have been’.

She continued: ‘When the rumours came out is she, isn’t she? I wanted to play on it. I wanted to do a wedding that didn’t go to plan… that’s not to say that is actually what happened.’

Gushing about the big day Rita said: ‘It was perfect. It was exactly, exactly how I wanted’.
