Ryan Seacrest and Shayna Taylor cut stylish figures at NYC Ballet’s fall gala as they make their first public showing since rekindling their romance
They’ve been on-again-off-again this year, but on Thursday it definitely looked as though things are back on.
Ryan Seacrest attended New York City Ballet’s fall gala benefit on Thursday night at Manhattan’s Lincoln Center, and had his girlfriend Shayna Taylor by his side for what makes their first public outing since officially rekindling their storied romance last month.
The American Idol host, 44, was dressed in an on-trend dark blue and black tuxedo with patent leather loafers, while 27-year-old model Shayna wore a flesh-toned tube dress with a multitude of shiny fanned out ornaments.

Ryan, who co-hosts NBC’s Live show with Kelly Ripa, sported a dark navy tuxedo blazer with shiny black lapels, over a black shirt and matching bow tie.
Seacrest completed the subtly eccentric look with black slacks and his shiny shoes.
His date Shayna wore a dress ornamented with what looked to be rhinestones in a haphazard fashion, with a tight smooth satiny piece over her bust.
She paired the knee-length dress with a sheer shrug, and carried a metallic clutch.

Taylor’s blond hair was pulled back, but she left gorgeous tendrils falling from a middle part to frame her exquisite face.
The 5ft9in model also donned silver strappy heeled sandals.
The outing was the couple’s first public appearance together since officially announcing their reunion when they vacationed together on a romantic Italian getaway in August.
Before then, they had put their relationship on hold for a number of months, after having seen each other for three years.

Also in attendance on Thursday was Seacrest’s on-air co-host Kelly Ripa, who was sublime in a sea blue chiffon gown.
Ripa, 48, posed with the couple.
Kelly holds ballet dear to her heart, as she herself is a ballet-trained dancer and recently pulled off a stunt on their NBC morning show to convene the most-ever dancers to be en pointe (on their tippy-toes) at the same time for the Guinness Book of World Records.
Ryan joined his co-host on air during that stunt, which was held in the streets of the city on September 10.
