South Sydney players were spotted celebrating the team’s Mad Monday festivities at the Cali Beach club after their heart-stopping 14-12 loss to Penrith in the NRL finale in Brisbane on Sunday night.

Latrell Mitchell and Dane Gagai were particularly engaged in the lavish revelry that included one woman in a swimsuit being carried out on a vodka rocket ship, Jai Arrow posing with two bikini-clad dancers – and the star fullback pulling a teammate’s pants down.

Lock forward Jai Arrow was also one of the best performers for the Rabbitohs Mad Monday, joining in with the dancing and chatting with several of bikini-clad women in the day club.

He was spotted posing behind two girls in the pool, pulling faces at the camera in matching pink shorts, socks, a hat and sunglasses.

Arrow then was pictured popping bottles and spraying champagne into the pool before wrestling with teammate Cody Walker.

Earlier this year Arrow admitted he had put himself on a booze ban after being pulled from Queensland’s State of Origin Game III team after breaching Covid protocol.

‘I’m feeling much fresher (by not drinking),’ Arrow said at the time. ‘I suffered the consequences. It is what it is. I’m not one to dwell on it.’

Veteran Benji Marshall was pictured ordering drinks from a waitress in a g-string before posing for photos with teammates and enjoying an espresso martini by the pool.

Latrell Mitchell, who was suspended for the Grand Final, was pictured grabbing and dacking a teammate inside the players’ poolside booth before also posing for photos.

Winger Josh Mansour kept a low profile, spending most of his time vaping in the team’s booth.

Meanwhile their Grand Final opponents the Penrith Panthers celebrated their Mad Monday at BlackFlag Brewing in Moololaba.

In a clip going viral on TikTok, winger Stephen Crichton is seen shirtless in a Lakers cap and holding a cocktail glass while rapping to Stormzy’s hit Shut Up.

In the background, teammate Moses Leota appears to be asleep while sitting on a bar stool, while five-eighth Jarome Luai and another player try to talk to him.

Backrower James Fisher-Harris is seen in the background still dressed in his full playing kit, including knee guard.

In another video, Panthers enforcer Viliame Kikau is seen in his playing kit while murdering a karaoke song.

Kikau wears two pairs of sunglasses on his head and around his neck while holding a beer and a blue disposable vape.

He appears to still have strapping worn during the game on his forearm and wrist.

Early on Monday morning social posts showed the Panthers heading down to a Sunshine Coast beach to watch the sunrise after their epic victory in the NRL decider.

The team took the distinctive Provan-Summons NRL trophy with them, the club’s first title since 2003.

Halfback Nathan Cleary – awarded the Clive Churchill Medal for the best player in the grand final – is seen shirtless with strapping from the game still on his shoulder.

‘Hey champs, how’s it going?’ an unidentified player asks as Cleary and teammate Isaah Yeo, drinks in hand, show off their premiership rings.

Cleary also posted videos to his Instagram story on Monday morning showing the Panthers players gathered at the beach.

Players were sprawled out on the sand and on a walkway with cases of beer and wine bottles as their celebrations continued.
