A desperate search for a missing woman in Melbourne has escalated with police asking the public for help.
The 30-year-old, named only as Sharne, vanished from Riversdale Road in Hawthorn on July 19.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition.

Sharne is described as being Caucasian in appearance, with a slim build and has brown hair with purple highlights.
It is not known what she was wearing when she disappeared.
Police have released an image of Sharne and urge anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Boroondara Police Station.
