The 63-year-old actress was seen leaving a dinner in Beverly Hills on Monday night when she shared an embrace with a handsome man before hopping in an elevator with a gal pal.

She seemed in good spirits as she had a big smile on her face while saying goodbye.

The actress shared a snap of her 88-year-old mother, Dorothy Marie Stone on Instagram Monday evening. 

‘Say a prayer for Dorothy Marie Stone, my mom, who has suffered another acute stroke tonight. Thx,’ Stone said, adding a prayer hands emoji and a white heart emoji.

Her mother, grandmother and Stone herself have all suffered from strokes in the past, which lead to her becoming an advocate for brain-aging diseases that disproportionally affect women.

‘This is why I do it: My mother had a stroke. My grandmother had a stroke. I had a massive stroke — and a nine-day brain bleed,’ Stone said at a 2019  benefit.

While promoting her book The Beauty of Living Twice in March, Stone opened up about the stroke that almost took her life two decades earlier in 2001.

‘The room was so silent. When the room is so silent and no one’s running around trying to fix you, that’s when you realize how near death is and how serious everything is,’ Stone said during an interview on the Today Show.

At the time she was one of the most in-demand stars, but after suffering a stroke, it set her career back roughly seven years.
