Holly, who soared to fame in Geordie Shore’s 2011 inauguration before departing the show last year, has undergone an array of image overhauls throughout her stint in the spotlight – including extreme weight loss and a number of cosmetic procedures.
Her latest snap saw the stunning star posing in just a bra while smouldering into the camera with her sexiest pout – however her look seemed to spark discussion in fans.
Stunned users penned: ‘Looks like a completely different person. I didn’t even recognise you… I didn’t even think this was her! look how much she’s had done… This doesn’t even look like u… You look so different x…

She said: It’s each to their own with surgery. I’ve had two boob jobs but I think if you want to do something do it. Facially, yes I get Botox and the only reason is, is because when I cry on TV my eyebrows look like sperm.
‘I’ve had my lips done three times. Make-up I like it because its like an art. I worry about Chloe because she’s the type of person who sees us all getting things done and we’re a lot older and Charlotte (Crosby) didn’t get her nose done till she was 25.
‘Obviously I got a boob job at 18. Luckily all the things in her face will dissolve but she’s just had her nose done and I don’t know if she needed it but hopefully when she’s older she’ll realise she didn’t need all this work done.’
