Love Island star Vanessa Sierra has slammed claims she would ever date a man for money during a Q&A with fans.
The proud 26-year-old, who is dating tennis pro Bernard Tomic, was asked on Friday if the sportsman’s rumoured ‘millions’ were ‘an attraction’ for her, after confirming their romance in November.
But Vanessa was quick to shut down the question, saying: ‘I’ve never dated a man for their money – I’ve always been very comfortable, I’ve always worked hard, I’ve always made my own money.’

‘I think anyone who focuses on someone else’s income is not going to get very far in life.’
She went on to say that no one should ever ‘make judgement’ on a person based on their income, saying it ‘doesn’t change who they are’.
‘Someone could be rich today and then broke the next day and vice versa,’ she added.
‘I think you’re better off focusing on yourself and trying to be a better person and trying to be around good people.’

Earlier in the month, Vanessa confirmed she’s managed to make a small fortune from her OnlyFans account, where she is ranked as one of the top content creators.
Posting a video on her YouTube channel, Vanessa played coy about the exact figure, but she did claim that she makes enough money for the tennis champ to give up the game and become a stay-at-home-dad.
‘I don’t really like talking about my earnings, but let’s just say Bernard could be a stay at home dad if he wanted,’ she said.

While she didn’t tell fans the exact amount she earns, Vanessa did add a caption to the video revealing that other OnlyFans stars earn between $13,000 to $643,000 AUD per month.
‘Out of people I know – personally – their earnings range from $10k to $500k USD per month,’ she wrote.
Vanessa is currently in Melbourne in hotel quarantine with Bernard, who has qualified to play in the Australian Open.
