A new touching video from a supermarket store has gone viral on TikTok provoking a heartfelt response around Australia. 

The video was created by a group of Woolworths supermarket workers from country town Wagga Wagga in New South Wales sharing a beautiful message to customers. 

In the video it shows nine team members holding up signs to spell out the message, ‘We are here for you. From Wagga Wagga #WooliesFamily.’

The viral TikTok has over 596,000 views attracting more than 69,000 reactions and over 1000 shares.

Many users were brought to tears over the heartfelt message from the supermarket team which uses part of the song ‘Healing Hands’ by Conrad Sewell.

Users wrote, ‘Woolies Wagga Wagga is making me cry this isn’t ok’, and ‘Why am I crying at a Woolies tiktok?’ 

During the continuing COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, supermarket workers have been vital in these times.

The hard work from retail workers hasn’t gone unnoticed by viewers.
