Wellness influencer Laura Henshaw reveals her daily planner – and shares the one very odd task she does everyday

Wellness influencer Laura Henshaw has given her Instagram followers a glimpse into what a day in the life of a CEO looks like.

Laura, 31, who runs the Keep it Cleaner brand with Steph Claire Smith, recently shared with her followers she starts each day by waking up at 6:45am followed by some meditation.

She also revealed she starts work at 8:30am with several meetings before heading to healthy fast food chain Fishbowl for lunch.

She spends 10 hours of the day in meetings and planning, before catching the train home at 7pm to have dinner with her husband Dalton.

But it was one task she listed which raised some eyebrows.

The popular media personality said she drinks one glass of water at 6:55am on the dot.

An Influencer watchdog posted her diary to its Instagram story, questioning why Laura decided to share this odd piece of information.

‘Why did she put it on her agenda and does she mean it was the only glass of water she drank for the day?’ they asked.

Laura once shocked fans when she admitted she only washes her bra once a month.

‘How often am I meant to be washing my bra because I genuinely don’t wash my bra…’ she said on Keep It Cleaner podcast in December.

She then added: ‘The longer the life of the bra, the less you wash it.’

Clearly unimpressed with her filthy confession, Steph flatly declared that she washes her own bra ‘every two to three wears.’

Trying to justify herself, Laura insisted that her bra ‘doesn’t smell’.

The duo’s fans sounded off in the comments section on Instagram by revealing how often they wash their own undergarments.

‘I wash mine every use only because I’m too lazy to put it back in the drawer,’ admitted one.

Another listener confessed: ‘I’ve been wearing the same one bra for about a year not and it’s been washed about 3 times.’
