Bradley Cooper in talks to act alongside Clint Eastwood in new film about a 90-year-old drug mule

They last worked together on the 2014 box office smash American Sniper. 

And Bradley Cooper, 43, is in talks to reunite with the Academy Award winning drama’s director Clint Eastwood, 87, on a film titled The Mule, according to THR.

The movie, about a 90-year-old drug courier and the younger DEA agent on his tail is also set to mark Eastwood’s first acting role sine 2012’s Trouble With The Curve.

According to THR, the film is based on a New York Times Magazine article about ‘Leo Sharp, a drug courier for a Mexican drug cartel.’  

Sharp ‘was a 90-year-old man, an award-winning horticulturalist and decorated World War II veteran.’

The pair’s last film, American Sniper, grossed an incredible $547million worldwide.

Last Friday another American Sniper reunion took place in New York City. 

Cooper and co-star Sienna Miller, 36, grabbed lunch at Cafe Cluny.  

Miller played the wife of Cooper’s character and real life soldier Chris Kyle, who was the deadliest marksman in U.S. military history.

In 2013, Kyle was murdered by Eddie Ray Routh at a shooting range in Texas.
