Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are set to wed on Monday in a ceremony that will shut down part of Montage Palmetto Bluffs.
Homeowners at the resort were notified of the event ahead of time, and informed that many areas would be off limits from Sunday afternoon through Tuesday.
They were also told that no guests were allowed to enter the grounds unless management had been notified prior to Sunday.
The newlyweds will be commanding most of the resort, including: the BBQ restaurant where the bride and groom will host their guests the night before their wedding; the resort’s spa and main pool; and the compound of rooms where wedding guests including Kendall Jenner and a few of Hailey’s famous uncles and cousins will stay.
It in unclear if uncle Alec will make the list however, as he and Hailey’s father Stephen have very publicly feuded multiple times in the past few years.

They are taking over a majority of the resort and the homeowners who live at the Bluffs have been told that they cannot use most of the facilities or have any unannounced guests from Sunday through Tuesday
Off limits: Homeowners have been promised discounts and refunds because of the inconvenience that the wedding will cause for them over the weekend (pool above that will be closed)
Last second: Residents only received word of the nuptials late this week, and no details were given as to who had rented out the property (spa above which will be closed to residents)
Holy matrimony: The group will be renting out The Inn, having a rehearsal dinner at the resort’s BBQ restaurant Cole’s, and the wedding ceremony will be in one of the two chapels at the resort, located 15 miles north of Savannah
Guests will start arriving to the resort on Sunday, and check into The Inn ahead of the rehearsal dinner.
That is where the resort’s high-end accommodations are located, though as is the case with similar properties, some of the guests will likely rent houses from some of the owners.
There are a number of suites and all rooms have picturesque views, either of the woods or the waterfront at the resort, which is located approximately 15 miles north of Savannah.
Once guests get settled, they will head off to Cole’s for the rehearsal dinner.
The intimate eatery features ‘regionally inspired comfort food in a casual setting with stunning marsh views.’
Among the offerings for guests will be spicy fried dill pickles, the restaurant’s famed patty melt, and their signature fried chicken.

Brunch: It all comes to a close on Tuesday morning with a breakfast/brunch at Buffalo’s (above), which offers a biscuit bar for guests
Magic setting: The wedding guests will have the option of an outdoor or indoor reception, should the weather not cooperate (The Inn above)
Wedded bliss: Hailey has stressed in the past that it was important for the pair to have a religious service, and she and her family are devout in their faith
Then, in a move that was surely designed to make the event as private as possible, Hailey and Justin will say ‘I do’ on Monday at one of the two chapels on the property.
The larger of the pair holds 185 people, which means the wedding will be fairly intimate by celebrity standards.
Hailey has stressed in the past that it was important for the pair to have a religious service.
The reception that follows will likely be outdoors under a tent on the lawn in front of The Inn, but should weather be an issue there is plenty of space to move it inside to the resort’s ballroom.
It all comes to a close on Tuesday morning with a breakfast/brunch at Buffalo’s, which offers a biscuit bar for guests.

Hailey headed out to dinner at Ysibel in Los Angeles with with her sister and maid-of-honor Alaia, Kendall, and Hillsong host Natalie Manuel Lee on Wednesday, and later stopped by Delilah nightclub in West Hollywood.
Justin has been spending time in Laguna Beach with his friends, eschewing the more traditional drinking and partying for skateboarding and painting sneakers.
He and his friends also got tattoos on Thursday night, on the back of their knees.
Those friends will all be on hand this weekend along with a number of other familiar and famous faces.

His daughter Ireland will be there however as she is close to Hailey and her sister.
