MasterChef Australia 2019 star Derek Lau celebrated his engagement to girlfriend Susan Nguyen on Friday.
In an Instagram post reflecting on the past 12 months, Derek shared photos of the couple on board a boat at the Horizontal Falls in Western Australia, as well as a close-up shot of Susan’s stunning solitaire round-cut diamond ring.
Derek, who announced his engagement in September, captioned the post: ‘twenty twenty one, the best is yet to come.’

Derek looked sharp in a blue and white striped Ralph Lauren dress shirt and beige shorts, as he embraced Susan who looked chic in a one-shoulder white dress.
