Taylor Swift’s American fans left baffled by huge detail at pop star’s Aussie concerts

Taylor Swift’s American fans have been left baffled by one detail at her Melbourne concerts.

Swift made history by performing to her largest ever crowd at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) over the weekend.

This week the Visit Melbourne tourism TikTok account shared aerial footage of the MCG, filled with concertgoers.

And many American fans quickly questioned where all the fans had parked their cars.

‘Silly question but where do people park?’ one asked while another questioned: ‘Where did everyone park though?’

‘If that was the US the stadium would be surrounded by an asphalt dessert of parking lots,’ a third wrote.

‘I’m just trying to figure out where all their cars are,’ another said.

‘How did ya’ll park that many people!?!?!’ one person questioned.

Swift hit the stage just after 7pm on Friday night for the first show of her Australian leg of the tour to a staggering crowd of 96,000 concert goers.

‘My name is Taylor and I’ll be your host this evening,’ she said as she kicked off the highly anticipated show.’

‘Losing my mind at there being 96,000 people here. This is the biggest show that we’ve ever done.’

Swift landed in Sydney on Monday ahead of her shows in the harbour city.

The megastar, 34, will be playing four sold out shows at Accor Stadium over the weekend, with 80,000 people attending each night.

She revealed on stage in Melbourne on Sunday she won’t be performing the same acoustic ‘Surprise Song’ more than once on her Eras Tour.
