LAPD say Long, 31. who was in LA for the ESPYs had her Ritz-Carlton hotel room broken into on Thursday afternoon, leaving the midfielder devastated.
Long’s $15,000 wedding ring and a honorary gift given to her following her success on the world stage with the female soccer stars, was part of the heartbreaking theft.

Sources tell us there were no signs of forced entry and police believe the door may have been left ajar, according to TMZ.
