Revealing that her fans have been requesting more details about her daily diet, Remi shared that she starts her day with some liquids – hot herbal tea and lemon water.

Her two favorite tea flavors are cranberry tea that helps with water weight and berry detox tea.

‘In the morning as soon as I wake up I like to drink water. While you’re sleeping your body gets dehydrated and you want to wake up and re-hydrate it,’ she shared.

Moving onto her first meal, Remi revealed she was going to prepare a ‘turkey egg-white scramble’ for breakfast.

‘I make this all the time, I’m obsessed,’ she added.

She used extra lean turkey mince, cherry tomatoes, egg whites, avocado and buffalo sauce. She also said she usually adds in a full bag of spinach but didn’t have any so left it out. She also used some avocado oil spray, garlic powder and black pepper.

Although Remi didn’t share calories or a macro breakdown for this meal, a typical turkey and egg white scramble with avocado would total around 300 calories.

After an impromptu photo shoot, Remi had her next meal which consisted of salmon sashimi, typically totally 300 calories per portion.

She ate this with ginger, roasted vegetables and ponzu sauce.

Admitting that she has been in a ‘chocolaty mood’ lately but is trying to avoid dairy, Remi shared that she was recommended a vegan dark chocolate brand, Nohmad Snack Co, so bought the peppermint and raspberry flavors from Whole Foods.

She had a small piece of the peppermint flavor after lunch.

Remi then went shopping so took a protein bar with her to snack on ‘just in case’ and told viewers she only eats two brands – Square Organics and RX Bars.

Later that day she took a SoulCylcle class and ate the RX Bar she had in her purse. The chocolate chip flavor she consumed contains 220 calories per bar.

When she got home, Remi explained that she now likes to eat her last meal of the day by 8pm so started preparing dinner.

Snacking on a ‘few raw almonds’, Remi shared she was cooking up a potluck of what she had in the fridge – brussels sprout, with chopped raw almonds, dried blueberries and chicken.

Again, Remi did not share the calories contained in this meal, but typically, a similar dish contains around 350 calories.

She ended her day with some dessert – a dairy free, no sugar added So Delicious fudge popsicle.

At just 80 calories per popsicle, Remi concluded ‘they’re really good if you have a chocolate craving.’

In total, Remi’s daily diet contains around 1,200 calories, is low carb and low fat.

The YouTube star has also proudly showed off her svelte figure in a series of stunning images posted to her Instagram, including recent bikini shots while on holiday in Hawaii, shot by photographer, Sienna Morales.

In a previous weight loss video, Remi revealed exactly how she managed to drop so much weight in so little time, without resorting to drastic measures – explaining that consistency was the key.

‘This has been so highly requested and I just wanted to share with you guys, basically, some answers and things I’ve been going through on on this journey so far,’ she says at the start of the video.

‘About four months ago I decided that I wanted to change my life and live a healthier lifestyle and I’ve been sticking to it pretty much everyday,’ she added.

Remi told viewers that the key to her success has been maintaining a routine, and that she was able to keep herself going because she knew that she was losing weight, ‘the healthy way’.

She explained: ‘Losing weight in an unhealthy way is the last thing I want to do for my body and also for myself.’

She also added that health was her main motivation.

Motivation: The blogger who has over two million subscribers to her YouTube channel explained that improving her health and not her looks has been her main motivation

‘I started this whole health journey not for looks-wise, not to like “get super skinny” or anything like that. I started personally because I just wanted to improve my health, my cholesterol, my blood pressure, all of those sorts of things, like diabetes runs in my family, so it’s really something that I wanted to try and stay away from. So for me this is not like a diet, I’m changing my whole lifestyle,’ she added.

Admitting that it was hard to start in the beginning, Remi also revealed that once she got ‘into the groove’ and turned eating healthily and working out into a habit, her life changed.

‘Now I have so much more energy. Before I was always really tired and lethargic. I’m so peppy, I get up in the morning.’

Admitting that she’s never been a fan of traditional exercise and listing running on the treadmill as one of her least favorite ways to get fit, Remi said she tried to find other ways to exercise.

She is a fan of celebrity favorite, SoulCycle, admitting she really pushes herself to go. ‘The key is to find a workout that you really love that doesn’t feel like a workout.’

She says she can’t believe how much stronger she is now and goes about ‘four to five times a week’, liking the fact that the instructor shows the class what to do and encourages her to push herself beyond her limits.

She also advocates that to succeed to have to ‘do it for yourself’.
